Please join ICUJP for our second annual fall conference, "Confronting Extremism in Our Religious Traditions: The Impact on the Public Square". The conference will be held at the University of Southern California (USC) this Sunday, November 16, 2003. Registration begins at 12:30 p.m. and the conference starts at 1 p.m. The event will feature Chip Berlet, co-author of Right Wing Populism in America: Too Close for Comfort, and senior research analyst at Political Research Associates in Somerville, Massachusetts. The conference will also include workshops led by local faith and peace leaders, as well as a panel of interfaith speakers, including Dr. Maher Hathout, Rev. Zelda Kennedy, and Rabbi Haim Dov Beliak.
